Data deletion
You can delete your CrokioBridge account yourself at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.
How to delete your account
Sign in, open My account, choose the Danger zone tab, and select Delete my account. We send a confirmation link to your email address; the deletion happens when you open it. If you solely own an organization, transfer ownership or delete the organization first.
What is removed
Your user record, email address, username, password hash, connected Google account, sessions, memberships, and pending invitations are deleted. Personal data inside projects is removed; project records that other members of your organization rely on are anonymized rather than deleted.
What is kept
Audit events describing administrator actions keep an opaque identifier so the history of moderation decisions stays complete. Backups expire on their regular schedule.
Google Sign-In
Disconnecting Google under My account removes the stored Google account link. You can also revoke CrokioBridge's access in your Google account settings.
Need help?
If you cannot sign in, contact the platform operator through the contact address published on the site and we will verify your identity and delete the account for you.
